Powerflushing
A power flush is a process carried out to remove sludge (magnetite) build-up in the boiler, pipes and radiators that make up your central heating system. A power flushing unit sends water through your central-heating system at high velocity to dislodge any build-up of sludge, rust and other debris using specially designed and tested cleaning chemicals. We let the cleaning solutions run around the system for a while before using an agitator on the radiators to help dislodge any blockages or build ups which will then allow a great flow through the radiator and allow better heat transmission through a greater surface area. Other plumbing work can also be carried out at the same time to save on costs with prior warning and depending on diary availability
*These prices are subject to change as certain parts of the system may be worn to the point that they may need replacing. Some smaller microbore pipework may not be able to be cleaned due to severe blockages and it may be that the pipework needs replacing. We will advise and quote on this before continuing with the work.
